I’m really let down by this company. I paid for next day delivery that was guaranteed, but it never showed up. I followed up on it, but didn’t hear back until two days later, only to find out I had missed the cut-off time on Friday for next day delivery. The system still let me pay, which is super misleading. If you can complete a transaction, you expect to receive your order, right? When I reached out to Greener Beauty, they claimed that since they emailed me in the morning and I replied in the afternoon, I was too late. That’s just ridiculous, especially since I had to wait two days for their response. Honestly, this isn’t how a business should operate. They’ve lost my business after just one purchase, which could have led to many more orders from me. I’ll stick with the companies I already trust.

I placed an order for a product and then found out I was allergic to some of the ingredients. I reached out via email to request a refund and was super pleased with the assistance I received. Not only did I get my money back on the same day, but I also received suggestions for alternative products that won’t aggravate my condition, which I really appreciated. I’ll surely be shopping here again 🙂

This was my first time ordering from this company, and I gotta say, I'm quite impressed. My package showed up the day after I placed my order (standard shipping, mind you). It was wrapped up nicely, and they even included a sweet free sample. Plus, there was a handwritten note of thanks on the info card. Seriously, what else could you want? I’ll surely be back to shop here again. :-)

The owner is super nice and very supportive. I was looking for some specific items, and she gave me great advice and even brought in stock just for me. I was in a bit of a rush, and it arrived the very next day without any extra fees. She really goes the extra mile for next-day delivery. Absolutely top-notch service, can't complain at all.

Overall, a solid experience, except for the Benecos mascara. When I tried to use it, it was all dried out. Not sure if it was just old stock, but I had to toss it.
